I’ve been doing CrossFit since 2011 and I have done thousands of different CrossFit workouts. I love math and in our gym I am known as the guy who always sets reasonable time cap for WODs or guesses what is good time to beat.

This is this the reason why I decided to make application that will do this calculations for you.

But what should be considered as a good time or good score?

Good time or score calculation will make good time or score to beat. You should have hard time trying to beat this time/score but it should still be manageable.

Calculator will almost always calculate good time/score which will put you in top 5-30% of all people who have done your workout.

I have tested calculator with my friend and I must tell that it’s not very easy to beat “the good time”!

#2: Calculates Good Time Cap


Time to beat and good time cap are 2 different things.

WODs are meant to be intensive and setting good time cap will force some people on your class to scale the WOD.

Time to beat is here only for the best but good time cap is here for everyone and if you scaled WOD correctly you should always be able to be faster than recommend time cap.

#3: Mobile Friendly


Right now WOD Time Calculator is web browser based app that could be easily used on any mobile phone, tablet or PC.

But what about mobile app?

Don’t worry! There will be iOS and Android app in near future! I just wanted to put the code together, make it work and debug it so I can release fully working app on mobile phones.
